Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN

If items are defective, damaged during shipment, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of shipment arrival:

For broken/damaged items, please follow these steps:

  1. Take pictures of all damaged items

  2. Email them to us at thinh.charlottenailsupply@gmail.com

  3. Include your order number, damaged items’ color codes, and quantity

Once we receive your email, we will send a claim receipt and resolve your case as soon as possible.

  • Arrival date is determined by the shipping carrier’s tracking information.

  • If returned items are defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipment, you will receive a store credit or an exchange. We cover all shipping charges, including return and replacement shipping fees.

Note: Due to supply or restocking delays, some items may not be immediately available. If items are out of stock, a refund will be issued.

We strive for 100% inventory accuracy, but occasional errors may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Important: True colors may vary from online displays. Colors may not be exact.

EXCHANGES

  • We gladly replace damaged, broken, or defective items.

  • Due to health & safety precautions (COVID-19), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened/used products.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS & BUNDLES

  • Promotional items or bundle discounts may be deducted from refunds if returned.

  • Example: Buy 10 get 1 free dip powders → total $160. If a promotional item is returned, the promotion value will be subtracted.

  • Returning part of a bundle may void the discount, and the discount value will be deducted from your refund.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

BACK-ORDERED ITEMS POLICY

  • Back-ordered items ship at no additional cost once back in stock.

  • Allow up to 10 business days for restocking.

  • Prepaid backorders not in stock after 10 business days will be refunded.

RESTOCKING FEE POLICY

  • 10% restocking fee applies to returnable items returned within 14 days for reasons other than defects or shipping damage.

  • Original shipping fees may be charged if returning items causes your order to fall below free shipping thresholds.

  • Restocking fee applies to:

    • Buyer’s change of mind, remorse, or price difference

    • Returns not due to defective/damaged/incorrect items

    • Refused deliveries (except when damaged)

    • Returns of incorrect items

  • Restocking fee does NOT apply to:

    • Defective items

    • Damaged items during shipping

    • Items materially different from what was ordered

  • Remove all personal data from returned products. Charlotte Nail Supply is not responsible for personal data left on returned items.

  • Charlotte Nail Supply reserves the right to deny any return at its sole discretion. Additional exclusions may apply.
